Once you have ordered online you will be sent a choice of available lab testing centers within a 1-5 mile radius of your zip code.

Results are available within 48-72 hours

Your test results will be sent to you via email. Should you desire assistance in understanding your test results we will arrange an appointment by phone for you to receive a Free Interpretation from one of our physicians.

* State law prohibits direct access testing in New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island.

Company Policies

• Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation via email that will serve as your receipt
• Within 2-4 hours we will generate your requisition and send it to your via email
• You must not forget to print-out your lab requisition and take it with you to the lab you have chosen to have your blood drawn. If you are unable to print your lab requisition please call us at: (954) 428-1500.
• Our cancellation policy is once we have sent you your lab requisition you have 6 months allowed to cancel your order. There is a $25 cancellation fee if you cancel within the 6 month period and no refund if you cancel your order after 6 months from the date you first ordered your test.
